By making an ONLINE reservation/booking via the website booking system or OFFLINE, you are expected to pay the full amount for all products at once. Once you proceed to checkout and click pay now, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment via the ONLINE reservation / reservation system is made only by credit card (Monri WSPay), if you want to pay by Bank transfer, please contact us directly.


It is prohibited to sell alcoholic beverages to person under 18 years of age. Each customer is required to produce a document proving age of majority at the request od the deliverer.


We reschedule the activity in case of extreme weather conditions, extraordinary circumstances, which could not have been foreseen or avoided or have occurred immediately. The activity is then rescheduled for a day or two – before or after the booked date. If the change is not possible, the payments will be returned in full amount.


A booking for a trip with can be made by first checking price and availability and then sending booking form and a deposit. The deposit is 20% of the total price. A booking is not confirmed until we receive the booking form and deposit, at which point an invoice and bill for the final balance will be issued. The balance is due four weeks before departure. Full payment is required for bookings made less than four weeks before departure. Payment can be accepted with bank transfer or credit card online. If the balance is not paid within the specified time, unless previously agreed with us in writing, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.


We reserve the right to cancel the tour for reasons beyond our control. We will issue a full refund, but accept no responsibility for further compensation. If such cancellation is due to "force majeure" (including war, civil or political unrest and natural disasters), reasonable expenses we have incurred will be deducted from the refund. Any compensation and refunds are strictly limited to monies paid to us. We are not liable for any expense you have incurred as a result of the booking.


If the Client should cancel the booked tour, all Client’s cancellations must be in writing. By email. The written date of cancellation shall be the basis for the compensation of cancellation costs. As per conditions set below (percentage of the total price of the arrangement):

Cancellations made 8 days or more before the event date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made 2-7 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the event date will receive a 0% refund.


In the unlikely event that you being dissatisfied with any aspect of the trip, the matter should be raised with the manager / guide / your ground operator at the agency as soon as possible. Matters can usually be put right on the spot. Failure to do this will adversely affect any claim at a later date. In the event of continuing dissatisfaction, the complaint should be made to us, in writing, within 14 days of your return. We will investigate fully and report back to you as soon as possible. We agree to independent arbitration should this become necessary.

You will receive a response to your complaint in written form within 15 days from the receipt of the complaint. Required information: first and last name of the person submitting the complaint, the exact address for submission of the response.


You have the right to judicial arbitration. The Client and the Trade will aim to settle possible lawsuits. Agreements not reached, become subject of the jurisdiction of the court in Zadar - under the authority of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

All user data is strictly protected and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of Testament Winery d.o.o and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.”

"All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted to your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card association."

Monri WSPay , as the executor of credit card authorization and collection, handles personal data as a processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on protecting registration and data transmission.

Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and collection, i.e. in the performance of obligations from the Agreement or under the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

The following personal data of the customer are required for the execution of the Agreement (authorization and payment):

Monri WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purpose of executing the authorization contract and billing.

Monri WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by the current regulations on the protection of personal data for the executors of personal data processing, and in particular the undertaking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
